In 2004, when I was 9 years old, a brochure from CLM came in the mail for my dad who is a pastor. I felt God calling me to Jamaica when I saw the brochure. My dad said to me "Jo, pray about it and we will see." I got the information out to a number of people and before we knew it we had 13 people ready to go to Jamaica from our small Baptist church in the little mill town of Westernport, MD. We have gone a total of 4 times since 2006 and will go again in 2012. CLM has an incredible ministry. My trips to Jamaica with CLM have helped me grow spiritually over the last 5 years and have definitely helped my church grow. We participated in orphanage ministries, community days, Vacation Bible School, public school devotions, hospital ministry for the children, girl's home,prayer walking, and construction. We look forward to working with CLM in the future. It is the perfect mission trip for churches beginning in mission work, as well as, experienced churches on the mission field.
