Confirmation of your reservation will be submitted to LIFETIME MISSIONS. Individuals: For application to apply, a $50.00 initial deposit must be submitted along with the application. Groups: For application to apply, a $50.00 initial deposit must be submitted along with the application. *Additional participants will be invoiced for deposit fee 10 days after initial sign up.* For additional participants, ALL deposit fees must be paid no later than 10 days after the initial application fee. Should a date be unavailable, one of our team members will notify you within 7 business days to change the date (See FAQ). Our finance team will send you an invoice outlining your mission trip payment due dates, and cost. Fifty percent of the mission trip fee must be paid within 60 days of departure date, (2 months prior). The remaining balance must be paid within 30 days of the departure date ( 1 month prior). Application fees are non-refundable Please note: If unable to make full payment, 2/3 of the fee will be held in escrow for one year to be used by the participant towards another trip. Financial credits may also be credited to another individual with approval of our office staff. At the end of the year, funds will be deposited into the general LIFETIME MISSIONS account. All participants must sign and submit a liability form and photo 30 days before the departure date. Individuals who do not sign will NOT be permitted to work with LIFETIME MISSIONS.
Communicate: Should a flight delay arise, you become ill, or any other issue, call or txt the number given to you from our office staff. Be respectful of the culture: Do not laugh at other people’s accents, way of doing things, or dress. Listen and adhere to LIFETIME MISSIONS staff members Our team aims to serve all participants and the surrounding culture well. If a staff member asks you to change or stop something you are doing, stop immediately. Notify our team of all food allergies. Let us know 30 days before departure. Be flexible and expect delays. Your schedule is subject to change. Most countries run at a more leisurely pace. Do not expect your schedule executed perfectly to the minute. We will do our best to ensure you are exactly where you need to be. Leave the negative attitude at home We get it. Traveling and going to a new place has its hassles, but there is no need to take out your emotions on others. If you have a concern or complaint regarding any issue, please contact our U.S. office directly. Do not stay alone with the opposite gender Exceptions include spouse or blood family relation. Always remain with three people. If you happen to be in a room alone with the opposite gender, leave the door open. Dress appropriately Adhere to the dress code while attending all ministry sites. If not, you may be asked to change. Share your complaints with a staff member privately. Have a complaint? Let our admin team or international director know, Stay for the entire trip. Unless an emergency arises or otherwise planned, stay for the entirety of the trip. Answers to your questions may take time. Be patient! Our team may not know the answer to your question. We will do our best to find the answer to your question by the end of each day, or provide an update. When in doubt, ask! If you are unsure about how to handle a situation, ask any of our leaders. There is no stupid question!
